THE BRIEF

To host 200 VIP guests for 12 weeks for the before and after of the Dancing with the Stars live Shows.  

WHAT WE DID

Dancing with the Stars was filmed in a purpose-built dome on the top of the Hyde Park Shopping center. We were allocated an inside space for the VIP hospitality and we also set up an outside area to maximize on the good weather for our guests. 

We had a great client and sponsors on board who supported our vision to bring experience and entertainment together. 

Every Sunday, guests dressed up to the nines and joined us for elaborative catering and entertainment.   

THE CONNECTION CREATED

We spent 12 weeks building strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, the media and local celebrities.
